"I had State Farm through this agent for 3-4 years and never had a problem. To lower my premium I decided to check rates with other companies. Progressive Insurance came back with a lower quote. The agent on the phone said it was the same exact coverage as my previous policy. I had this insurance for a few days when I decided to trade my 2022 car for a 2024 and I called Progressive to transfer my coverage to the new vehicle. The agent said that my premium actually decreased. Hmmm. I then looked at all my documents and lo and behold Progressive had not given me Collision and Comprehensive coverage as they said they had. I had driven the new vehicle for 1800 without that coverage. I was able to reinstate my State Farm policy without a hitch with Lindsy at this agency. She was very nice and extremely professional. Thank you for your help. Progressive Insurance needs to spend less money on Flo and more on competent on line agents."

"I called them up looking for a new policy they took down all my information and told me they'd call me back and have it done by the next day. They never called me again. Called back many times and left voicemails. They never answered or returned to any voicemails. Eventually they started hanging up when I called. Called a different State farm and had a better experience but still haven't finished getting the policy with them. They also required a day to research my insurance and then wanted me to send photos etc. I called progressive and had a policy in place in about 20 minutes."

As I’m going through a divorce, I called him to let him know that I I needed to be separated from my ex-husband‘s policy and I would like to know how much it would be for me to be on my own policy. He told me it would take three weeks to figure out these numbers and then he would call me back. Instead of calling me back, he spoke to my ex-husband who just told him I wanted to be taken off of the policy. Matt never called me back about pricing or what kind of coverage I would like. He simply stuck me with a bill for $223. I didn’t even know what I was paying for, but he felt it was sufficient to talk to somebody that I was separating my life from instead of the person who called him for the quote. When I called Matt to let him know that I felt it was very unprofessional of him to do so, and that I would not be moving forward with his policy for the price as well as the unprofessionalism that I experienced with him, he then raised his voice at me over the phone. I would strongly suggest to find insurance elsewhere."

"Very unhappy with this agent's office. Lyndsy is less than helpful and slow to respond, if she does at all. Requested a quote for a motorcycle policy on the State Farm app and did not receive any correspondence after nearly a week. Reached out to this agent's office as my current policy was assigned to this office. Lyndsy responded to me & assisted me. The information on the temp. plate and registration from the dealer was incorrect & she requested additional information, which was fine. Submitted everything I had, and she said none of it will work. Which is unfortunate because one of the documents that I had submitted was correct & matched the VIN on the bike and she did not take the time to look at it or enter the information & continued to tell me that it was incorrect. That was frustrating. Continued regardless and once I paid for the new motorcycle policy I had additional questions regarding the coverage. I sent Lyndsy an email directly after payment that went without response. I then sent an additional email requesting the same information that also went without response. Had to reach out to Matt Possehl directly for the information. Just very frustrating to work with. They got the job done, but the customer service was lacking."
